Guests who have not yet booked their room or have not completed their booking will be receiving a call from a member of the bridal party over the next two weeks to get you to lock your room down. The call will come from someone you already know.

Rooms at the locked in price rate are moving FAST and we would hate if you missed out!

If you are planning to attend the wedding weekend events you MUST book your hotel stay through the travel agent.

If you book your hotel stay independently your reservation WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS PART OF THE WEDDING and will force us to pay a guest fee for each person for each event - this will be more than $250 per person.

**Please help us avoid these extra costs and book the hotel through the travel agent.**

Flights can be booked independently if you choose.

Head over to the "Hotel & Travel" section to book your hotel room before rooms run out - once you fill out the reservation form allow the agent at least 48 hours to respond to your form.
